Fee Terms & Conditions

Online Quran Academy is committed to providing high-quality Quranic education at
affordable rates. To ensure a smooth learning experience, please review our
Fees Terms & Conditions carefully before enrolling.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments through Bank Transfers, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Payoneer, Western Union, MoneyGram, Remitly, and Taptap.
  • The course fee depends on the chosen program, number of classes per week, and duration.
  • Payments must be made in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly/quarterly)
  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, online payments, and other approved options.
  • After payment confirmation, students will be granted access to their scheduled classes.
  • Fees are non-refundable once paid, except under academy-approved circumstances.
  • No refunds will be given for remaining classes if a student discontinues the course.
  • If technical issues or teacher-related disruptions occur on our end, makeup classes will be arranged.
  • A late payment fee may be charged if the payment is not made by the due date.
  • Fees will not be adjusted or refunded for missed classes due to personal reasons.
  • The academy reserves the right to modify the fee structure with prior notice.
  • Students must notify the academy at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule a class.
  • Classes missed without prior notice will not be compensated.
  • If an instructor is unavailable, the academy will provide a substitute teacher or reschedule the class.
  • Students who wish to discontinue must inform the academy at least one week in advance.
  • The academy reserves the right to discontinue classes due to misconduct, non-payment, or policy violations.
  • By enrolling in any course at Online Quran Academy, students and guardians agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
